IPDS or Import Product Data Sheet is the quote sheet to be used to submit any product quotations to Biglots. Please ensure that you read through the instructions (IPDS INSTRUCTIONS BELOW) thoroughly before submitting any offers to Biglots for consideration.

The IPDS is a legal document and will hold the vendor responsible for any false/ incorrect information declared on the IPDS. In the case of an error made by the vendor w.r.t. cube, specs, duty, HTS, packaging etc.. that has an upward impact on the FOB or ELC (landed cost) cost noted on the IPDS, the vendor is liable to absorb the amount into their FOB costs.
